Refund & Cancellation Policy

To support our valued users, we maintain a very dependable and straightforward refund and cancellation policy. Please take your time to read over everything.

1. When a contest is cancelled, we would refund entry fee within 24 hours. This happens only if the match is called off or a contest does not fill up the required number of contestants.
2. A match can be called off without a ball bowled or sometimes even after the start of play due to rain, dangerous pitch, among other reasons.
3. CardsRoyale may, in particular exceptional situations and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the User after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes.
4. We shall not be liable for any delay or any cancellation of any match to which a Contest relates. We shall also be entitled to cancel any related Contest(s) and to process an appropriate refund for all Participants in such circumstance.
5. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash or kind. No cash claims can be made in lieu of prizes in kind.
